Site Specifications

It is the homeowner’s benefit to prepare a a level site with gravel, etc., up to 10’-16’ wide buildings can usually be levelled with blocking on a slight slope. Concrete blocks are available for purchase from R and E Enterprises for $2/each. We assume no responsibility for settling.

*RTO Buildings are not available if you finish building to live in, or if building has to be built on-site, or will be land locked or fenced in that it cannot be picked up in case payments are not completed. By signing the RTO contract , you give us full right and permission to pick up the RTO buildings if you do not renew your contract every month by making the monthly payments as you have agreed in the contract (including the contents if you do not remove them after being notified).

Tired of paying public storage or a mini warehouse to store your stuff? Save the gas and the hassle by storing right at your home or business in one of R and E Enterprises’ quality buildings. There is no credit application to fill out. If you pay your montly payments*, at the end of three years you’ve got a great buliding, and not a worthless piece of paper! To get an RTO delivered you must prepay one month’s rent, rental tax, plus a 10% down payment ($200 for $1,000-$2,000; $300 for $2001-$3000, etc.). Restrictions apply*.
