There is no credit application to fill out. If you pay your montly payments*, at the end of three years you’ve got a great buliding, and not a worthless piece of paper! To get an RTO delivered you must prepay one month’s rent, rental tax, plus a 10% down payment ($200 for $1,000-$2,000; $300 for $2001-$3000, etc.). Restrictions apply*.
